Holiday Park Bench-marking Specialist

Over the last 16 years Chris Young has worked side by side with BIG4 and independent park owners across Australia and New Zealand to analyse their financial results and meet with them to discuss what they are doing to achieve these results. This has given Chris an invaluable insight into what makes Holiday Parks profitable, and how to use benchmarking data to drive business improvement. 

Chris’s career began in food retail, spending 12 years in management with McDonald’s UK before moving back to Australia as Retail Manager for Boost Juice in NSW. Working in two such successful franchise networks, combined with his time as operations manager at the Resurg Group, has left Chris with a strong understand of business fundamentals and a passion for benchmarking and business improvement.
