Please register here to attend the First National Convention 2026 in Vietnam.

Please note:

  • All Sponsors are required to provide their registration details to attend the Convention. This registration form is to confirm your attendance at the Convention, in addition to your travel and accommodation details.
  • Payment for any Sponsorship Packages will be processed separately. For details on what these packages include, please refer to the Convention Website or speak with your First National representative.

Start the registration process by completing the following:

  1. Select your group size (i.e. how many people will be attending from your company).

  2. Nominate a Group Contact and enter their details as person #1. This person will be the key contact for all Convention communications and bookings.

  3. Enter the names of the rest of your group. When working through the registration form, please ensure you register each person in the same order as you list them below.

The Main Sponsor Contact will be the only contact to select accommodation, transfer and travel options.

All Convention correspondence will be sent to this email address, so please check your email is entered correctly.

We recommend each Sponsor register using their own, individual email address. This will ensures all members of your group will be able to access the official First National Convention App, which will be your source of all information during the Convention dates. Using a shared email address means only one of your group will able to use the Convention Event App.

Additional Emails

Passport Information

If you need to renew your passport, please write 'TBC' in the passport fields and complete the rest of your registration. We will contact you closer to get your updated passport details.

Emergency Contact

Please provide the contact details of someone who is not traveling with you. In the unfortunate event that an accident, disaster, or emergency is reported to have occurred, we will be in contact with this person

Dietary Requirements

Please advise of any special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, vegetarian, seafood allergy).

Medical Requirements

Please advise below any medical or access requirements we may need to be aware of (e.g. disability, pregnancy, allergies). Please leave blank if not applicable.

Your Convention ticket includes four (4) nights accommodation at the Sheraton Grand Danang Beach Resort & Spa.

Convention check-out date: Friday 22 May 2026

The included Convention rooms are Run of House King (1 King bed) or Twin (2 Queen beds).

 

Booking Instructions

  1. Click the Search button under the dates and select your preferred King or Twin room by clicking the respective Book button.
    Note: The check-in and check-out dates are fixed to the Convention dates. You will have the opportunity to request an extension later on this page

  2. Select your preferred room type, King or Twin room, and click Book Room.

  3. Your selected room will appear as Booked, and the Booking Details panel will appear. If you are sharing you room with another guest, enter their full names in the Sharing With field.

Upgrades, Extensions and Additional Rooms

The hotel has offered special extension rates for Convention delegates, for the two nights pre and post the Convention dates. Should you wish to extend your stay, upgrade your room or make a special request, please use the Accommodation Request field below.

Please note:

  • All Accommodation Requests are based on subject to availability.
  • Availability and a quote will be provided to you before we confirm your stay with the hotel.
  • Accommodation requests for upgraded rooms or stay outside the Convention dates, will only be confirmed upon payment in full of any additional costs.

Flight & Transfers

Your Convention Package does not include flights. Information on recommended airlines and schedules can be found on the Convention website.

Should you require assistance with booking your flights, our partner Travel Team can assist. Please note, agent booking fees of A$150.00 per ticket (per person) will apply. Should you wish to arrange a quote, please advise us below and a member of the travel team will contact you.

Flights

Please provide details of your travel request here. Please include your preferred arrival and departure dates, in addition to preferences in airline and class of travel.

Airport Transfers

Complimentary Airport Transfers between Danang airport and the hotel will be available on a limited shuttle basis. Airport transfers will operate on Monday 18th and Friday 22 May. Please refer to the Convention Website for shuttle details and schedules. Please keep these times in mind when booking your flights. You will have the opportunity to book a seat on the transfers early next year.

Insurance

All attendees are responsible for arranging all appropriate insurance to cover relevant personal, property and other risks associated with attending the 2026 First National Convention in Vietnam. First National recommends that you take out all appropriate insurance in relation to your attendance at the Event.
