In the two years since our last BIG4 National Conference in Melbourne, the world has changed.

It has been tough for many with resilience often tested to the limit.

We have all needed to be agile and embrace changes in the way we do things, and we have all needed to be there for our colleagues and friends when things got hard.

A community endures challenge through co-operation, a true sense of community, flexibility, and the willingness to change and adapt together.

BIG4’s community is vibrant and strong. The BIG4 brand remains the most recognised in our sector and first-time guests are finding great holiday experiences at our parks as they ‘holiday here this year’.

BIG4 Membership numbers are growing strongly, and most parks are seeing revenue growth - some spectacularly so.

This year’s conference theme – BIG4 – Together Towards Tomorrow – speaks to the need to hold on to and build from our foundations of co-operation and collaboration across the network. The need to continue to work together to ensure we are well-equipped to capitalise on trends and future opportunities, respond to disrupters, and come out stronger than ever.

We again have a varied agenda, commencing with an update from BIG4 NSO that will be led by our new CEO, Sean Jenner. We have workshops and panels covering relevant topics, a BIG4 park visit and fun team activity, an inspiring closing keynote, and of course our ever-popular social activities. It all culminates with a wonderful night of fine dining, awards, and dancing at our Gala Awards Dinner.
