Flinders Range and the Outback

Driving through the Flinders Ranges, you'll find dusty red roads bordered by towering ancient cliffs and deep craters. Take a tour with an Aboriginal guide or drive yourself along the Aboriginal Dreaming Trail. Marvel at Wilpena Pound – an amazingly large amphitheatre, created through erosion over millions of years. It is surrounded by ancient mountain ranges, spectacular gorges and sheltered creeks.
