A reminder that every BIG4 park is entitled to TWO complimentary full registrations, valued at $1,660. 

Please use this code for each of your two free registrations when asked to do so: FULLREGOCOMP2
A separate registration is required for each person that is attending the conference. 
Please ensure that your registration form is fully completed and correct and if you have any questions, please contact the events team at big4conference@212f.com.au or via phone on (03) 8620 7820.

We have negotiated special rates with the hotel for delegates so if you require accommodation, you will be able to book this in this transaction.  

How do I obtain the two complimentary registrations?
During registration, please apply this code in the relevant box: FULLREGOCOMP2 (You might like to copy this now so you can paste it later).

Please note, this code is valid two times only for each park, and will only apply to a Full Registration.
If your partner/spouse is attending partially, we recommend to keep this code for a staff/manager who will be attending the conference as a full registration delegate.

More than two delegates from your park?
We welcome additional BIG4 Full Cooperative Member delegate registrations, staff from Head Office and contractors and you will be able to register these guests at your own expense.
Additional fees apply depending on the events/activities these additional delegates will be attending.
After completing your registration for yourself and a partner/spouse (if attending), a new registration form is required for these additional guests.

Payment
If applicable, you will be sent a confirmation email in 5-7 business days with a link to make payment by credit card or an invoice will be attached to provide an EFT bank transfer.

Breakfast

A full breakfast is served daily at Sola Restaurant. Additional charges apply for room service breakfast.

Extra Bedding

The maximum number of person in the Resort Room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child under age of 12, using existing bedding. 

The additional adult person fee will apply.

The hotel will try their best to accommodate your requests.

Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Timings

Check-in time at the hotel is from 3:00pm
No early check-in can be guaranteed however the hotel will do their best to accommodate if your room is available.
If you room is not ready yet, you will be able to leave your luggage with hotel concierge first.

Check-out needs to be done by 11:00am.
Room accounts/incidentals will need to be cleared at check out.

Babysitting Question

At the 2021 BIG4 National Conference, children are welcome to attend the following events/activities except for the Gala Awards Dinner.
  • Welcome Event on Monday 18 October
  • Conference sessions on Tuesday 19 October and Thursday 20 October
  • Offsite group activity to BIG4 Sandstone Park on Tuesday 19 October 

However if you wish to arrange babysitting please express your interest in the question below and we will be able to provide further details.
Otherwise you are more than welcome to make your own babysitting arrangements.
